  • We will sit down with you to discuss your proposed purchase or sale so that we can provide a customised fixed fee based on your circumstances. Our prices are broken down so that you can see how much each part of your transaction will cost you.

  • We understand that there is no guarantee that your first offer or auction will be successful. For this reason, we will cap your pre-offer due diligence fee at $600 plus GST and disbursements. This offer is conditional on the basis that you will use HouseMe Legal for your conveyancing once you have an unconditional offer.
  • We ask you to give us as much information as you can to help us properly advise you. Be completely open, your request for advice is legally privileged.
