After practicing property law since September 2015. I have acted for a wide range of clients - from large residential property developers at one end of the scale to first home buyers at the other.

I am passionate about helping clients get a foot on the property ladder and using technology to improve the legal buying and selling experience. I treat every settlement – big or small – with the same level of respect and diligence.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing golf at Muriwai with my wife and watching the Black Caps and Warriors.

We put the house buying and selling process in your hands so you understand the process. Starting the process can be overwhelming, however, once we help you plan your journey out, everything will start to gain momentum. From our first phone call, we will provide you with an easy introduction to our trusted network of advisors so that you will have the right person in your corner at the right time.

Education

We understand New Zealand is a country where everyone has an opinion about property (even if most of them are not experts or based on facts). We will explain legal concepts in a simple and easy to understand manner so you can make your own informed decision.

Transparency

We will breakdown the anticipated timeline and costs of what you need done. All our conveyancing and refinancing prices are offered as fixed fees and on a "no surprises" basis. If the scope of your job is unclear and sits outside of our fixed fees, we will give you an estimate of what we anticipate the work will cost.

Integrity

We pride ourselves on our "say to do" ratio. We will do whatever it takes to get your job done.

Our simple, fixed fee pricing means you know exactly what your legal services will cost you.

Let us take care of the legal stuff, so you can focus on finding the perfect property.

We will sit down with you to discuss your proposed purchase or sale so that we can provide a customised fixed fee based on your circumstances. Our prices are broken down so that you can see how much each part of your transaction will cost you.

We understand that there is no guarantee that your first offer or auction will be successful. For this reason, we will cap your pre-offer due diligence fee at $600 plus GST and disbursements. This offer is conditional on the basis that you will use HouseMe Legal for your conveyancing once you have an unconditional offer.
