So, what is this going to cost me?
‍HouseMe Legal prides itself on being transparent with our pricing.

All our buying, selling and refinancing matters are provided on a fixed fee basis.

This means you do not have to worry that every email or phone call is being charged hourly (or even every six minutes).

Extras
Depending on the number of extras you require will depend on your situation and the type of property you are buying, selling or refinancing.

All extra services are labelled "Extra" in red .

First Home Buyer
Normally, a first home buyer’s legal fees are estimated to be between $2,600-$3,600 plus GST and disbursements.

Selling
Our legal fees for the sale of your property are estimated to be between $1,300-$2,300 plus GST and disbursements.

Refinancing
Our legal fees to refinance your property are estimated to be $1,050 plus GST and disbursements.

Excluded Services, Additional Services, and Additional Disbursements
Because we price on a fixed fee model, please review what is listed under our Excluded Services, Additional Services, and Additional Disbursements.

Failed Offer/Capped Fee
We know what it’s like getting emotionally invested in a property and missing out - it’s tough.

To provide some certainty and a safety net, if HouseMe Legal completes due diligence for you and you:
1. submit an offer and it is not accepted (if buying); or
2. attend an auction and you are not successful (if buying); or
3. are unable to reach an unconditional agreement with a purchaser (if selling),

we will cap our Fee at $600 plus GST and disbursements to cover the advice we provided for your unsuccessful purchase or sale.

This capped fee offer is provided on the basis that:
1. you use HouseMe Legal for your next purchase; or 
2. you do not switch to another lawyer at the unconditional stage.
